The metro from the airport provides an alternative, and a paid airport shuttle can be organized for up to 7 people (50€ flat rate). Key sights, including the City of Arts and Sciences, are a 30-minute walk or a short ride on bus 95 (stop nearby). Numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery shops are within a 5-minute walk, making daily errands and dining out convenient. Despite being in the very centre, the street is quiet, especially in inner-facing apartments, allowing rest after a busy day.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and basic cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. A welcome starter pack (coffee, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil) is often provided. There are numerous dining options within a 2-3 minute walk, including bars, cafés, and restaurants such as Sweet Victoria, Palau Pineda, and Taberna El Olivo. A Carrefour Express is less than a minute away for groceries. The historic centre is filled with further choices for every meal. Breakfast is not served on site, but guests can stock the kitchen or explore local cafés.

While the building itself has no fitness centre or pool, a nearby hotel provides a swimming pool that can be used (subject to arrangement with the host). Bicycle rental is available adjacent to the accommodation (from 8€ per day), which is an excellent way to explore the Turia Gardens 300 metres away or reach the beach (about 35 minutes by public transport or bike). The historic Barrio del Carmen is lively and walkable, with many cultural attractions. Darts are available on site as an activity.

Reception is open from 09:30 to 20:00; outside these hours, self-access codes are provided. Luggage lockers are on the ground floor for free use before check-in and after check-out. An airport shuttle can be arranged for 50€ per group of up to 7 people. Ironing and laundry service are available at an additional charge. The building has a lift, non-smoking rooms, family rooms, and heating. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, key card access, and a safety deposit box. Cots can be supplied for 10€ per stay. Cleaning supplies and spare towels may need to be requested; some apartments may lack initial supplies like soap or paper towels.
