THE B PLACE, Rome

The B Place is situated in the Prati district, a central yet quiet neighbourhood. The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. Lepanto Metro Station (Line A) is a 2-minute walk, providing direct connections to Termini Station, the Spanish Steps, and other landmarks. Several restaurants, cafes, and shops are within 200 metres. For airport transfers, a paid shuttle (€55 per car) is available from 6:00 to 22:00; alternatively, the metro connects to Termini for trains to Fiumicino (€15) or shuttle buses (€6-8).

Rooms include single, double, twin/double, and triple configurations, all with private bathrooms (shower, hairdryer), air conditioning, minibar, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe, and heating. Some rooms are located in a separate annex building 150 metres away; these are private rooms but do not include breakfast. Twin beds can be arranged on request. The main building does not have in-room coffee machines (only annex rooms have them). Balcony availability is not guaranteed. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so lighter sleepers may prefer upper-floor or quieter interior rooms.

The breakfast buffet includes warm dishes, pastries, cheese, fruits, and gluten-free options. For guests staying in the annex building, breakfast is not included in the rate and costs €15 per person. The property also offers a snack bar and a welcome drink. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding area has many dining options within a short walk.

Guests can unwind in the garden or on the terrace. The rooftop terrace, also used for breakfast, offers a pleasant space throughout the day. A nearby ice-skating rink provides an additional leisure option. The quiet neighbourhood is ideal for evening walks, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Free WiFi is available throughout. The 24-hour front desk can arrange paid airport transfers (€55 per car, 06:00-22:00), tour bookings, and fax/photocopying. Luggage storage is complimentary, and daily housekeeping is provided. A safety deposit box is free of charge. The hotel has a lift and is fully air-conditioned. Pets are allowed. Note that there is no restaurant on site, but a snack bar and welcome drink are offered.
