El Duque Castle is less than 1 km away, and Playa Fanabe strip is a pleasant 20-minute walk along the coastal path. Tenerife South Airport is 22 km away. The neighbourhood is mostly upmarket hotels, so the immediate area is calm and feels secure. Free public parking is available on nearby streets, though spaces are limited during the day. A bus stop is within a short walk for trips along the coast, and several supermarkets and a minimarket are within a few minutes' walk for supplies. The promenade is ideal for morning and evening walks.

Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster and kitchenware, plus a washing machine. Units have a seating area, desk, dining table, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Bed configurations range from studios with two single beds to two-bedroom apartments sleeping five, with some bungalows featuring a sofa bed. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms. The property is older in style, and the furniture reflects this; bathrooms may also appear dated. Sea-view apartments in the Altamira building offer direct ocean views and sunsets from the terrace. Ground-floor apartments in Building A are accessible for wheelchair users, but the bathroom is not adapted and the complex has steps and stairs throughout.

Well-fitted kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster, and all cookware, making self-catering straightforward. A small café/bar is a few steps down from the pool area. Within a two-minute walk, there is a selection of Spanish, Italian, and international restaurants. The nearest café for breakfast is about a 25-minute walk away, so self-catering breakfast is more practical. A coffee house is on site. The complex has no pool bar or restaurant, so evening drinks are best enjoyed on your own terrace.

There are two outdoor swimming pools: a smaller heated pool open all year and a larger unheated pool. The pool area is well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. A free open-air bath and solarium are also available. Table tennis is on site, and a golf course is within 3 km. The beach is accessible directly from the pool area via a path. The pool has a heated section in winter, and sunbed cushions are provided. There is no pool bar, so drinks and snacks should be brought from your apartment.
