HACIENDAS VILLAGE TENERIFE, Costa Adeje (Tenerife)

The property is a 12-minute downhill walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the main restaurants and shops of Costa Adeje. The return walk is steep uphill, so taxis or electric scooters are a practical alternative (about 5 EUR). Several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur, 15 km away, reachable by paid airport shuttle or taxi.

Unit types range from 1-bedroom apartments (55 m2) with a sofa bed to spacious 2-bedroom bungalows (120 m2) and villas (130 m2) with private heated pool and air conditioning. All units include a private bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and washing machine. Some bungalows feature a hot tub, Jacuzzi, or barbecue on a large terrace. The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate extra guests. Bed setups include a double bed in the master and two single beds in the second bedroom. Soundproofing between units is minimal, so road-facing or upper-floor apartments may hear noise from neighbors. Rooms vary in sun exposure and terrace size; those with an "extra large chill out terrace" offer hammocks and loungers.

The property does not have a restaurant or full bar. A snack bar near the pool offers alcoholic drinks, water, soft drinks, and crisps - no hot meals or snacks. Breakfast is not provided, but the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, steakhouse, Indian, and a traditional pub. A supermarket is located directly outside the complex for groceries.

The main pool in front of reception is heated year-round to approximately 19-20 °C and features a pool bar, sun loungers, and Balinese beds. Two additional non-heated pools are located in the Haciendas IV section. Sun loungers at the pools can fill up quickly during peak season; there are no on-site spa, gym, or wellness facilities. Activities such as bike tours, walking tours, golf (within 3 km), and hiking are available for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Luggage storage is free for late departures, but no shower room is available. A safety deposit box is provided free of charge. Laundry service is available for an additional fee. The reception is open 09:30-17:30; outside these hours, guests rely on emailed access codes. The on-site vending machines sell drinks and snacks. Car hire and shuttle service can be arranged at reception. No pets are allowed. The property is non-smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on private terraces only.
