The hotel is in a prime spot: 400 metres from the Atlantic Ocean and Fañabe Beach, with Duque Beach a 10-minute walk away. Playa de las Américas is 1 km off, and Tenerife South Airport is less than 15 minutes by car. The surrounding area is packed with shops, bars, restaurants, and a market (Thursday and Sunday). The location is walkable to everything, though the return journey is uphill. Bus stops just outside the hotel provide easy access to Siam Park and other parts of the island. For whale-watching or deep-sea fishing, Puerto Colón is about a 10-minute walk.

All apartments include a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning. Each unit has either a balcony or a terrace; some have a private roof terrace with sun loungers and views. The apartments range from one-bedroom to larger two-bedroom units. While rooms are spacious, the décor is dated and some properties show wear. Kitchenettes have a fridge but no utensils or cooker; cupboards may be locked. A kettle is available on request from reception. Noise from rooms on main roads or above the evening stage can be an issue. Bed comfort varies - some find them very good, others report them noisy (beds on wheels). Late check-out can be arranged for a fee.

The on-site RESTAURANTE VILLAS serves buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with Spanish, local, and international options. The food is generally considered basic and repetitive, but most find something to eat. Breakfast is often rated as the best meal. A snack bar is open 15:00-18:00 with limited items. All-inclusive drinks include local spirits, beer, sangria, wine, and soft drinks. Cocktails outside the basic selection cost extra. The bar at the pool area is self-service for beer, wine, and soft drinks during the day; spirits are only available at the lobby bar. All-inclusive drinks stop at 22:00. Nearby bars and restaurants are plentiful within a short walk.

The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools: one main pool and a separate children's pool. Both are heated from 1 November to 30 April. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. There is a fitness centre, solarium, and public bath. Entertainment staff run daily activities (water polo, aqua gym, karaoke, live music) and evening shows for families. Billiards, golf (within 3 km), diving, and windsurfing are available for an additional charge. The pool areas are well maintained but can be crowded; towel reserving from early morning is common. Pool towels can be rented with a €10 deposit.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with bookings and information. Wi-Fi is free but only works in reception and common areas - it does not reach the apartments. Private parking costs €10 per day on-site; a key deposit also applies and no reservation is possible. Street parking is available nearby. A self-service washing machine is available for €5 per wash (soap included, up to 5 kg). Safety deposit boxes are available for an extra charge. CCTV and key card access operate throughout. The property has no accessible rooms for wheelchair users and does not offer an airport shuttle. Late check-out (until 15:00) costs €30; until 18:00 costs more.
