The aparthotel is 15 minutes on foot from the beach, bars, and restaurants of Costa Adeje, but the return journey involves a steep incline. Taxis from the town centre back to the property cost around €5 and can be arranged by reception. A local bus stop (line 424) is a few metres away, providing access to Los Cristianos. Tenerife South Airport is approximately 10 minutes by car. Several supermarkets, a bakery, and a shopping centre are within a short walk, making self-catering practical.

Breakfast and coffee are available at the pool bar during daytime hours; evening service can be patchy. A snack bar offers simple hot food and drinks at reasonable prices. For a wider choice, several restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk downhill, including Hollywood, Calma, and La 3.60. Self-catering is well supported by a kitchenette with basic cookware and two supermarkets directly across the road.

The heated adults-only pool is open year-round and offers a quiet area with views, though shade is limited. The main family pool and children's pool have atmospheric-temperature water. All pools are open until 5 pm (adults' pool closes at 4 pm). Sun loungers are often reserved early with towels. On-site leisure includes free table tennis, a games room, and a solarium. Additional charge applies for billiards, darts, and off-site activities such as diving, hiking, tennis, golf (within 3 km), and water park entry.

On-site private parking costs €40 per week and requires advance reservation, plus a €60 refundable deposit for the remote control. Street parking is very limited. Wi-Fi is free in the poolside bar and reception area but does not reach the apartments. Laundry facilities are self-service (€4 wash, €3 dry). A safety deposit box is available for an additional charge. The 24-hour front desk can arrange taxis and provide concierge services. Luggage storage is free. There is no lift, and the property is set across multiple levels with many steps. Pets are not allowed.
