The complex sits on the seafront with immediate beach access. Buses to Ibiza Town and Playa d'en Bossa stop right in front, and the bus stop to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. A taxi from the airport costs around €15 and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Eight restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, and the area offers a supermarket next door and many kitchen amenities for self-catering. The location suits those wanting to explore the island by bus or car without being in the centre.

All apartments have a private bathroom with a bath, a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony with lateral sea views. Floor plans are open with simple tiled floors and wooden furniture. The bedroom has either two single beds or a double bed; the living room sofa bed functions as two separate single beds. The kitchenette includes a hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic cookware-these are suitable for light cooking but lack extras such as salt, oil, or dishwasher supplies. Air conditioning is in the living room (the bedroom has no direct AC, which can get warm in summer). Soundproofing between apartments is minimal, and noise from corridors, stairwells, and neighbouring rooms is a common issue. Requests for quieter rooms (away from the main circulation) are recommended.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast; however, each apartment provides a functional kitchenette (hob, fridge, coffee maker, cookware) making self-catering straightforward. A supermarket is next door and there are numerous casual dining spots, cafés, and bars within a few minutes' walk along the seafront. The vending machine offers drinks and snacks. For those wanting a full restaurant meal, bars and restaurants are abundant within the surrounding area.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October and is not heated. The complex provides free sun loungers and umbrellas on its sun terrace, and beach loungers can be rented directly on the sand. A kids' pool is also available. The pool area is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and can be busy on weekends. Billiards is an additional on-site activity.
