Ibiza International Airport can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or taxi. A bus stop (AvEspaña-Cosell) is nearby, and the villages of San Antoni de Portmany and Santa Eulàlia des Riu are under 25 minutes' drive. A supermarket is located on the same street, and numerous cafés and restaurants are within 300m. The area is lively, with both daytime and nightlife options accessible on foot.

The guesthouse offers twin, double, single, and bunk-bed rooms, with some units featuring a balcony or terrace. All rooms have air conditioning, a TV, an electric kettle, and free WiFi. Bathrooms are shared - two per floor serving six rooms - and include a hairdryer. Some rooms include a sink and mirror, but this depends on the allocated room.
