Several rooms offer balconies with city views - these tend to be quieter due to double-glazed windows, while rooms facing the side street can be noisier. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. High ceilings and original tiled floors add character. Some rooms are compact, with limited storage; road-facing rooms may experience street noise until late. The property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
