Pacha and El Divino clubs are a 10-minute walk, Talamanca Beach is 20 minutes, and the famous Hippy Market is nearby. Bus L10 from the airport stops a short distance away, costing around €3.20. The area is lively but well soundproofed; the building is a traditional structure in the centre of the old town, surrounded by shops, restaurants and nightlife. Public street parking is available for a fee, but no dedicated parking exists on-site.

Three room types are available: a studio with twin beds for two, a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area for three, and a two-bedroom apartment with twin beds in both rooms for four. All units come with a balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box, and a kitchen area that includes a minibar, cookware and utensils. The bathrooms are private and well-finished, with a separate shower, WC and sink in some layouts. Soundproofing between rooms is effective, and the balconies offer views of the street life. The shared roof terrace provides a quiet space with a panoramic view of D'Alt Vila and the harbour. The apartments are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a streamlined design. No lift is available in the building, so upper-floor units require stair access.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The 24-hour self-check-in system sends a code to access the apartment, making late arrivals straightforward. Luggage storage is available after check-out in the restaurant reception; there is no washing machine in the apartments. Daily housekeeping and linen change every two days are provided. The building has no lift. Payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard, with the full amount due on arrival. No spa or swimming pool is present. An iron is available in the rooms.
