Ibiza town centre is a 25-30 minute walk along the coast (2 km to the port, 3 km to Dalt Vila, 3 km to Marina Botafoch), and the airport is 5 km away - about a 10-minute drive. A taxi rank is located directly opposite the apartments, and a supermarket, minimarket, and several restaurants and cafés are within a 300-metre walk. The area becomes quiet after 22:00-23:00, suitable for relaxing evenings despite being close to nightlife zones. Walking into the centre is feasible and convenient, reducing the need for taxis at night.

All apartments include a dining area, seating area with satellite flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace with direct sea views. Kitchens come with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware/utensils. The large double bed can be arranged as two single beds upon advance request. Beds are comfortable, showers are excellent, and the apartments are clean and well-presented, with modern furnishings and decoration. Some noise from neighbouring rooms and doors can be heard, but rooms are otherwise quiet and suitable for daytime sleeping - ideal for those on a late-night schedule. Blackout blinds and silent air conditioning contribute to restfulness. Lighting in some units can feel harsh; packed sofabed linens may not be provided.

Each apartment includes a complete kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. A supermarket and minimarket are located directly across the street for groceries and basics. Several restaurants, cafés, and bars are within a 300-metre walk, offering varied dining options without needing to go far. Breakfast availability is not confirmed at the property, but the kitchen and nearby cafés provide a practical alternative for the morning meal.

The property offers direct access to Playa Den Bossa beach, with ground-floor apartments even featuring a private terrace opening onto the sand.
