HOSTAL GIRAMUNDO, Ibiza Town

The hostal sits one block from the seafront promenade and Figueretes Beach, placing you within a 5-10 minute walk of supermarkets, restaurants, and scooter rental shops. Ibiza Port is 1 km away, Dalt Vila 2 km, and Ibiza Airport is 6 km from the property - a 12-15 euro taxi ride. The location is well suited for guests without a car: the beach and nightlife are walkable, and bus stops to main clubs are nearby. Walking to the clubs is practical for those who prefer not to drive, while the boulevard provides a scenic route to the harbour for ferries to Formentera.

Room types include single, double, twin, and triple configurations, available with either private or shared bathrooms. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and toilet; shared bathrooms are per floor and may have inconsistent water temperature and maintenance. While some rooms are described as small and dated, others are spacious with a large terrace or balcony. Sound insulation is poor - noise from hallways, neighbouring rooms, and the street can disturb sleep, particularly for light sleepers. Rooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan in some, a sink and mirror inside (useful with shared bathroom), and furniture that some find minimal.

There is no restaurant at Hostal Giramundo, so all meals must be planned off-site. A shared kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, microwave, utensils) is accessible to guests for preparing their own food. Several supermarkets, bakeries, and cafés are within a 2-3 minute walk, and the boulevard is lined with bars and restaurants. Breakfast availability depends on the room selection - confirm when booking if a breakfast option is included. For those who prefer dining out, the immediate area has a high concentration of eateries and a lively but not overwhelmingly loud atmosphere at night.

Hostal Giramundo does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. For leisure, guests can use the rooftop terrace which offers sea views and is a quiet spot to relax. The property is located steps from Figueretes Beach, making it easy to access the sea and beach activities. The boulevard and promenade are ideal for walks, jogging, or cycling. Nearby restaurants, bars, and clubs provide entertainment options within walking distance.
