For those driving, a paid car park (€12/night) is available 2 minutes away but must be reserved 3 days in advance.

Room types vary significantly in layout and aspect. Some apartments have windows overlooking the street or Plaza de la Merced, while others face internal light shafts or courtyards - rooms in the latter category receive very limited natural daylight and may feel dark. Noise insulation between rooms and from corridors is minimal, and road-facing or terrace-adjacent units can be loud, especially during weekend karaoke on the roof terrace until around 23:30. The duplex apartment with a guaranteed balcony is the only unit that ensures private outdoor space; all other balconies or terraces are shared. Rooms are compact, particularly the smaller studios, and the bathrooms are often described as small. All units are equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a washing machine, and a kitchen with a microwave and cookware. Daily housekeeping is available but not automatic for all stays - its frequency should be confirmed at check-in for longer visits.
