The Bioparc zoo is just 500m away, and the City of Arts and Sciences can be reached by bus 95 in 20-25 minutes. The historic centre is within a 20-30 minute walk (or a short bus ride on line 67), and the main train station is about 30 minutes on foot. Bus stops are 2 minutes away, and the metro is a 10-minute walk. Despite being slightly outside the core centre, the area is quiet, safe, and well served by supermarkets, a large shopping centre (Nuevo Centro), and several restaurants. The nearest beach is 10km away, best reached by car or bus.

Each apartment features a kitchen with electric hob, microwave, kettle, cookware, and a dining table. A filter coffee machine is standard; a capsule machine can be requested at reception. Most units have a spacious balcony or terrace. Bedrooms are separate with twin or double beds (some configurations use two single beds pushed together). Sofa beds are available in the living room. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Apartments are generally clean and spacious, though some are described as basic with dated furniture. Soundproofing is limited - noise from neighbouring apartments, hallways, and street traffic can be an issue, especially on lower floors. Windows and doors let through external sound. The private bathroom has a shower, two sinks, and free toiletries; a bathtub is available in some units. The two-bedroom apartment for up to 6 people includes a shared bathroom. Storage space varies (some have no drawers). Full black-out shutters are available in some bedrooms.

Breakfast is a buffet with bread, pastries, cold meats, eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. It is generally considered good value for the price. Vegan options are limited to fruit.
