FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT NASHVILLE AIRPORT, Nashville

The hotel is situated directly off the interstate, making access by car straightforward. It is close to a cluster of chain restaurants (Panera Bread, Arby's, Domino's Pizza, and more) within 1-2 km, as well as a Tim Hortons about 10 minutes away. This area provides practical convenience rather than walkable city-centre appeal. The free airport shuttle covers the 5 km distance between 5:10am and 10:00pm, but no shuttle service runs outside those hours or to downtown. A rideshare is the most practical option for reaching downtown Nashville. Surface roads offer an alternative to interstate travel for short local trips. Car parking is free on-site but unguarded, and break-ins have been reported repeatedly.

Rooms are generally described as spacious and clean, with a layout that includes a sofa area separate from the bed and in some cases an additional TV in the seating area. Beds are comfortable but mattress firmness varies, with some being very soft and others quite firm. Pillows have been noted as needing replacement. All rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and private bathroom. Storage is limited to a small closet, so this works best for short stays. The rooms have soundproofing that is moderate; airport noise is audible but not disruptive to most, with lower-floor rooms being quieter. Some rooms have had issues with TV reception, fridge cooling, or slow-draining tubs. Cleaning standards have been praised overall, but isolated instances of hair in rooms have been reported.

The free airport shuttle operates from 5:10am to 10:00pm, serving BNA Airport only - it does not go downtown. Pick-up is arranged by calling the hotel. Parking is free for registered guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis, but has been a target for break-ins. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and is described as good by some, though business travellers have reported intermittent connectivity. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage, printer access for boarding passes, and special requests. Laundry is available for an additional charge. The hotel has cable TV, a small on-site marketplace (with a $20 incidental hold), and basic lobby snacks. No in-room safes are available.
