The apartment sits on a quiet traffic-free street, so street noise is minimal while being just steps from the main shopping and dining hub. The Picasso Museum is 700 m away, the Alcazaba is 1 km, and La Malagueta Beach is a 20-minute walk (2 km). The Jorge Rando Museum is a five-minute walk. A variety of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a fruit-and-veg shop are within 300 m. For bus excursions, stops are a 12-15 minute walk. The building is on a pedestrian street, but a paid parking garage is one minute away.

Unit types range from studios (1B) to one-bedroom apartments (1A, 1C) and larger two-bedroom units with multiple bathrooms. Apartment 1A has a separate bedroom; 1B is an open-plan studio. The top-floor units 2A, 2B, and 2C, plus ground-floor Bajo B, each have a private terrace with a hot tub. 2A and 2C have south-facing terraces separated by a wall; 2B faces the main street. All units are air-conditioned and include a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower are standard. Some apartments have two or three bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet, with blackout curtains in some units.

Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare breakfast or simple meals. A supermarket and a fruit-and-veg shop are around the corner for groceries. For dining out, more than eight restaurants and cafés are within 300 m, including Spanish tapas, Mediterranean, sushi, brunch spots, and gelato. A Mexican takeaway on the corner sells beer after supermarket hours. The central location also puts many more restaurants within a short walk.

The hot tubs are private to the apartment - available in units 2A, 2B, 2C, and Bajo B. These apartments include a terrace or patio with outdoor dining furniture. Complimentary sun umbrellas and beach mats are available for use. The building is a 20-minute walk from La Malagueta Beach. For a more active stay, the city's many sights, parks, and the waterfront promenade are all within easy walking distance.
