The nearest paid parking (Parking Campillo, approx. €16/24h) is a 2-minute walk, and the train station is about 20 minutes on foot. The central yet pedestrian location means car access is limited for drop-offs, but once parked, the entire historic centre is walkable. Note that street-facing apartments can experience significant noise from pedestrian traffic, street cleaning, and goods deliveries, especially at night. Rooms at the rear or overlooking the church are typically quieter.

Each apartment features a private entrance, a separate bedroom with a double or twin beds, and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a Tassimo coffee machine. Bathrooms are private and include a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. Rooms are generally spacious and bright, with large windows offering city views, but some units have wooden windows that are not soundproofed, allowing street noise to be clearly audible. Air conditioning and heating have been reported as unreliable - some units have non-functional systems, and heating can be insufficient in cold weather. The sofa bed has been frequently described as worn, uncomfortable, or broken, especially when used for full adult sleeping. Bed quality varies: some find the mattresses comfortable, others describe them as hard or saggy. Blackout curtains are present but do not always cover the full window, allowing light from streetlamps into rooms at night. Storage space is minimal (no wardrobe in some units).
