The area is packed with supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and restaurants, with an excellent choice of tapas joints and international cuisine on the doorstep. The Ramblas is a 20-minute walk from the property. For airport transfers, use the metro to Plaça Catalunya for the Aerobus; the tram stop is also nearby, making car-free city access very convenient.

Room configurations include studios, one-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments; all have a sofa bed in the living room. Most apartments offer a private bathroom with a shower, and some include a balcony - these vary by individual unit so check availability when booking. Air conditioning is standard, and heating keeps the space warm in cooler months. The kitchens are equipped with an electric kettle, and towels and bed linen are provided. The building has a lift, and step-free access is available. Some apartments are on the 4th or 5th floor. While many units are spacious and cozy for two people, some units may feel older or tired, and noise from the street or neighbours can be an issue - rooms facing less busy sides tend to be quieter.

Breakfast is not served on the property, but a handful of bakeries and cafes just a minute away sell coffee and pastries. The surrounding streets are packed with tapas bars, Mexican restaurants, and international options. A small supermarket is also a short walk from the apartments, ideal for stocking the kitchen for self-catering.
