Tram line 2 (5-minute walk) runs directly to the airport; the nearest tram stop is just 100m away. Because the street is pedestrian-only, taxis drop off about one block away - factor this in when arriving with luggage. Public parking is available at Grimaldi (5-minute walk, 26€/24h). The central location means restaurants, shops, and nightlife are steps away, and the beach is a short stroll.

All units include a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and utensils - suitable for preparing meals. Bed configurations include double or twin beds (request in advance) and a sofa bed in larger units. One-bedroom apartments have a separate bedroom (some with a spiral staircase to an attic bedroom) and a living area. Studios are compact but well-equipped; some have a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Double-glazed windows keep most street noise at bay, though early-morning refuse collection can be audible. Rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter. The lift stops mid-floor, requiring about 10 steps to access the elevator and to reach rooms. The property is gradually being renovated; some rooms may feel dated while others are more modern. Cots and baby chairs are available on request.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with croissant, bread, orange juice, yogurt, cheese, butter, jam, Nutella, and a choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
