RESIDENCE SHARE INN, Nice

The property lies in the Carré d'Or pedestrian zone, steps from Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. Tram line 2 (Jean Médecin stop, 5-10 min walk) connects directly to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, and tram line 1 runs from Place Massena to the main train station (two stops). The Ancient Fort of Mont Boron is 5 km away; Allianz Riviera Stadium is 12 km. Numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and a supermarket are within a 2-minute walk. The pedestrian street can be lively until late, so rooms facing the street may hear chatter and street performers. Those wanting quieter sleep should request a courtyard-facing room.

Rooms are compact but functional, with carpeted floors, a wardrobe, and a safety deposit box. Bed configurations include double or twin beds; classic and superior rooms have a 1.60 m wide bed. Superior double rooms and suites include a sofa. The suite offers a separate living room and two bathrooms. A lift is available (with a few steps to reach it). Road-facing rooms can experience noise from restaurants and street activity until late at night, making an inner courtyard or higher-floor room preferable for light sleepers. Air conditioning is present, but in some cases the thermostat is fixed. No rooms have a balcony. Extra bed requests are possible for €15 per night, subject to prior arrangement.

The shared kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, and four cooking hobs. Each guest receives a lockable refrigerator drawer for storing personal groceries. Free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) are available 24/7. There is no on-site restaurant or bar; guests cook their own meals or eat at the many restaurants, bakeries, and cafés within a short walk on the same pedestrian street. Those wanting a full breakfast can find several nearby options.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, wellness centre, or fitness facilities. For leisure, the beach and Promenade des Anglais are within 350 m, and the pedestrian zone offers shopping, dining, and entertainment. No discounts are available for beach umbrella or chair rentals.
