Hotel Details

Location

A 5-minute walk from Nice Airport Terminal 1 and 2 minutes from the Grand Arenas tram stop, this aparthotel offers direct access to the city centre and surrounding towns.

The hotel sits on a quiet plaza within a business complex, yet it's exceptionally well connected. The tram (line 2/3) reaches the city centre in 20 minutes and the train station Nice Saint-Augustin is a 5-minute walk, providing links to Cannes, Monaco, and Antibes. Despite the airport proximity, the area is peaceful. Several restaurants and a supermarket (Carrefour City 10 min) are within walking distance. For beach access, Plage de la Lanterne is 2 km away. Walking from the airport is possible but involves busy roads; using the free airport tram to Grand Arenas is recommended.

Dining

A continental buffet breakfast is available for €17, featuring pastries, bread, cheese, fruits, and hot drinks.

Breakfast is served in a dedicated area and includes a selection of breads, croissants, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The variety is basic, and during busy periods replenishment can be slow. For a more substantial meal or gluten-free options, guests will need to eat out. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian and French options. The room's kitchenette offers a practical alternative for preparing meals. There is no full restaurant or bar on-site, but a vending machine provides snacks and drinks.

Leisure

A small fitness room with yoga mats is available free of charge, and each room offers a private balcony for relaxation.

The fitness area provides basic equipment for a quick workout. For outdoor leisure, the balcony in each room allows guests to enjoy fresh air and city views. The surrounding area is not geared towards traditional leisure but the nearby tram makes it easy to reach Nice's beaches and promenades. Bicycle storage is available for cyclists. No pool, spa, or sunbathing areas are present.
