The hotel sits in a residential area about 20-30 minutes from the Old Town Square, making it a quieter base with easy access via public transport. The main train station (Praha hlavní nádraží) is roughly 20 minutes away on foot. The immediate neighbourhood offers several restaurants, cafés, and small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The location is practical for business visitors, solo travellers, and those comfortable walking or using trams and metro. Road-facing rooms can experience noise from nearby emergency services, while rear-facing rooms tend to be quieter.

Standard double rooms are compact, with limited floor space for luggage; Superior rooms offer more space and a proper work chair, making them better suited for longer stays or working from the room. All rooms include a private bathroom with either a shower or a bath, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Some attic rooms have sloping ceilings and Velux windows. Standard rooms have a double bed (sometimes described as a mattress on a solid base), while Superior rooms feature a more comfortable mattress. Rooms at the front of the building can be affected by street noise and emergency sirens; rooms away from the elevator and higher floors tend to be quieter. A mini-fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, and two bottles of water are provided in every room. Daily cleaning is standard, and an iron can be borrowed from reception. Balconies are not available.

The breakfast is a standard continental buffet supplemented by hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, or bacon on alternating days. It includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, porridge, juices, and good-quality coffee. Seating is in a basement breakfast room, which can feel cramped at peak times. Prosecco is available, and special diet menus can be requested. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but a coffee shop on site, and a wide variety of dining options (Czech, Indian, Italian, and local cuisine) are within a 3-10 minute walk, including Green Garden Restaurant and Merlin Irish Pub.
