The hotel lies in the lively Žižkov district, a 15-minute walk from Wenceslas Square or a short tram ride (trams 5, 9, 15, 26). The main train station is three minutes by tram. An indoor swimming pool is a 2-minute walk away, and the Flora shopping centre with a multi-screen cinema is two tram stops. Numerous restaurants and cafés - including Bibimbap Korea, Mailsi, and Little Mexico - are within 300 metres. A supermarket (Albert) is a 100-metre walk. Public transport tickets are sold at reception, and the tram runs all night.

The single room (10 m2) has a single bed, while the matrimonial room (13.5 m2) offers a double bed. The apartment (23 m2) sleeps up to four with a matrimonial bed and two single beds - the twin beds can be separated. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, safe, heating, air conditioning, parquet floors, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Road-facing rooms are affected by tram noise until late at night; rooms facing the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter. Mattresses are firm, and pillows are thin. Storage is limited to a wardrobe, so packing light is advisable. Some rooms show signs of wear (scuffed floors, marks on walls). Housekeeping changes towels daily and empties bins.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, ham, coffee from a machine, and occasionally eggs or omelette. The selection is basic continental, and the dining room can become crowded during peak hours. The hotel has no restaurant or bar on site, but vending machines dispense drinks and snacks. The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of restaurants within a few minutes' walk - cuisines include Korean, Mexican, Indian, and traditional Czech.

The hotel does not have its own wellness facilities. For recreation, an indoor swimming pool is located just 2 minutes away on foot. The Žižkov district also offers several parks and green spaces for walking or jogging.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange airport shuttle (31/50 EUR), sell public transport tickets, and provide currency exchange. Luggage storage is free for early arrivals and late departures.
