The metro station (Pražského povstání, line C) is a short walk and connects directly to the city centre, Wenceslas Square and the main railway station. The tram stop right in front of the building provides an additional convenient option for exploring the city. Several bars, cafés, lunch places and a supermarket are within a few minutes' walk, and the area is generally quiet. For airport transfers, using the metro and tram combination is the most practical approach since no parking is available.

Each apartment includes a well-fitted kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and cookware, ideal for preparing meals during longer stays. The private bathrooms feature a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, with some units including a rain shower head. Rooms are equipped with a work desk, seating area, wardrobe, dressing area, heating, and blackout curtains for good sleep quality. Some rooms offer garden views from a patio, while others have city views. A fan is provided, which is useful on sunnier days as the rooms can get warm. The cleverly designed kitchenette is hidden within the room's decor so it does not disturb the overall clean and modern aesthetic. Rooms are carpeted and the beds are frequently noted as comfortable.

The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 21:00 Tuesday through Sunday, offering a traditional ambiance with Chinese dishes and a relaxing atmosphere. It is located on the ground floor of the building, making it very convenient for guests. A number of other restaurants and cafés are within a 0.3-0.5 km walk, including a burger place, a pizza spot and several local eateries. A supermarket is located directly opposite the building for self-catering supplies. There is no breakfast service on-site, but the kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your own morning meal, and the nearby cafés provide additional options.

Leisure activities available in the immediate area include the nearby Prague ZOO and O2 Arena, each about 5 km away and accessible by tram or metro. The quiet residential neighbourhood itself is suitable for relaxed walks, and the well-connected public transport makes it easy to reach city-centre attractions, parks and entertainment venues.

Internet access is provided free of charge and covers all areas. The self-check-in system uses colour-coded keys so you can identify your room immediately upon arrival. The host is responsive and has been noted for allowing early check-in and late check-out upon request, which adds flexibility for travel planning. A fan is available in the room, and heating is provided in colder months. Fire extinguishers and key-based security are in place. There are no on-site laundry or business facilities, and no parking is available. The property is non-smoking throughout and pets are not allowed.
