The apartment is located in a modern building right next to the O2 Arena and Harfa shopping mall, which houses a large supermarket open until 22:00, plus cafés and restaurants. The Českomoravská Metro B station is a 5-minute walk, connecting to the city centre in under 10 minutes; tram line 8 also stops outside the building. The city centre (Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, Municipal House) is 6 km away, reachable in 15-20 minutes by tram or metro. For airport transfers, take tram 94 and bus 907 early morning. Prague's main train station is about 10 minutes by tram. The building is 17 km from Václav Havel Airport Prague.

Each apartment is a private, non-smoking unit with one double bed, a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle), a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, heating, and a washing machine. The minimalist design uses IKEA furniture and parquet floors, with parquet floors in the living area. Units are approximately 30 m2 and smartly arranged with a built-in wardrobe and a loggia or balcony. The room is quiet and comfortable for up to two people, though kitchen equipment can be extremely basic - guests should confirm cutlery, cookware, and glassware availability if planning to self-cater. Bed comfort is generally good, but the mattress may feel soft to some. Light sleepers should note that some apartments have limited curtains and face the street. The central ventilation system is not air conditioning, so the room can become warm or stuffy; opening windows is possible.
