Hotel Details

Accommodation

These are spacious, modern two-bedroom apartments with canal views, offering a genuine Amsterdam canal-house living experience.
The apartments are larger than the Amsterdam average, with a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is a good size with a very comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a safe, and often has floor-to-ceiling windows with canal views. The second bedroom is smaller, with a double bed but no dedicated wardrobe or storage. The apartment has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and seating. Large windows in the living room open for fresh air and stunning views over the canal. However, many windows in the kitchen and bedrooms are sealed shut, which can make the apartment feel warm and stuffy in summer - only two standing fans are provided. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow, a hallmark of canal houses, and can be challenging for some.

Dining

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and the surrounding streets offer a wide variety of restaurants and cafes.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Basic cookware and tableware are provided, but previous stays have noted that additional items like a pasta strainer, a larger frying pan, and more glasses would be useful. For those not wanting to cook, the immediate area is filled with dining options. Within a 2-5 minute walk you will find Sweet Cup, Mayur, Los Argentinos, Restaurant Rimini, Sherpa Restaurant, Dubbel Restaurant, Cafe De Klos, and many more, offering everything from casual bites to sit-down dinners. There is no on-site restaurant or bar.

Wellness and Leisure

The property does not have its own wellness or leisure facilities, but its location provides immediate access to Amsterdam's top attractions.
There is no pool, spa, or gym on site. However, the prime location means Vondelpark is a very short walk away, perfect for jogging, cycling, or relaxing. The Museumplein, with its museums, is right at your doorstep. The canal itself provides a beautiful backdrop for walks. Bike rental is available nearby, which is an excellent way to explore the city like a local. For evening leisure, the area has a vibrant but not overly noisy selection of bars and pubs.
