The neighbourhood is residential and very safe, with a small street keeping noise levels low. A number of supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. For airport access, the metro/bus combination takes around 40 minutes; a paid airport shuttle can also be arranged.

The property offers several apartment types, including standard two-bedroom units, two-bedroom units with a terrace (first floor only), and a duplex with terrace (top floor). Beds can be configured as singles or joined into doubles on request. The kitchens have cookware and utensils - no oven, but sufficient for basic meals. Duplex apartments have two bathrooms and a large balcony with city views. Each kitchen includes a hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, tea, and coffee. Many bakeries and supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk, including a large Mercadona for groceries. For dining out, a wide variety of restaurants (Italian, Nepalese, Spanish) are within 0.5 km of the property, offering lower prices than in the city centre.

Leisure facilities are not available on site. The surrounding Gràcia district offers many bars, cafés, and restaurants within a short walk. Parks such as Parc Güell and the area around Sagrada Família are easily reachable on foot for outdoor relaxation.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A lift serves all floors, making luggage transport easy. The office offers concierge service and free luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged (fixed €39 from the airport; cost to airport depends on the taxi meter). Express check-in/check-out is available. There is no on-site parking, but a private garage (Parking Ingasa) is a 2-minute walk away. Laundry is easy with the in-unit washing machine. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard; city tax is cash-only on arrival.
