The apartments sit in the quiet, family-friendly Poble Nou district, directly across from Bogatell and Mar Bella beaches, though two busy road lanes separate the building from the sand-a 5-7 minute walk crossing heavy traffic. The vibrant Rambla del Poblenou, a pedestrianised avenue lined with restaurants, bars, supermarkets (including a 24-hour Mercadona), and shops, is just a 2-minute stroll away. Poblenou Metro station (yellow line L4) is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in about 20 minutes; bus stops with routes to the city centre are right outside the building. A taxi to the centre costs around €20-€25 each way. For travellers arriving by car, on-site private parking (€20/night, 2.05m height limit) is available by reservation. Bicycle rental and a paid airport shuttle can also be arranged through reception.

The property offers a wide range of apartment categories-from studios and one-bedroom layouts up to three-bedroom family units (80-102m2). Each apartment includes a private bathroom (some have two bathrooms with a bath and separate shower), a living area with sofa bed, and a kitchen equipped with oven, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, cookware, and a welcome pack with basics (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, oil). All apartments feature air conditioning, heating, soundproofed rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a washer-dryer. Note that none of the apartments have a balcony or terrace, and the older units (the majority of the 150 apartments) have visibly worn furniture, older small TVs without smart functionality, and may feel tired; only 3-4 apartments have been fully renovated to a newer standard. Road-facing apartments receive traffic noise, especially when windows are open, while higher-floor units tend to be quieter. Due to soundproofing limitations, noise from neighbouring apartments and the corridor can be audible. Beds in older units may feel soft or uncomfortable, and the sofa beds can be small for adults. Families with babies can request a cot and high chair free of charge.

There is no restaurant, café, or bar within the Lugaris Beach complex. The apartments are supplied with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cookware) and basic welcome provisions (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, oil), making self-catering straightforward. Guests who prefer to eat out will find a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés along the Rambla del Poblenou, just a 2-minute walk away. Several supermarkets, including a 24-hour Mercadona, are also nearby for groceries. The property offers a grocery delivery service at an extra cost. For breakfast options, there are multiple cafés within a short walk; the apartment's coffee machine and kitchen allow guests to prepare their own morning meal.

The main wellness facility is the outdoor rooftop pool, open all year 09:00-21:00 in summer (09:00-18:00 in winter). It is not heated, so it is generally cold except in warm weather. The pool is small-4x5.75m for adults and a separate 3x2m children's pool-and the sun terrace has no sunbeds or chairs, only decking; guests often bring towels to lie on. Beach towels and parasols are available free of charge from reception. For additional relaxation and beauty needs, the on-site wellness menu includes facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and make-up services (all at extra cost). There is no gym, sauna, or spa. The beach, park, and a skatepark are within easy walking distance for active leisure. Bicycle rental and car hire can be arranged through the tour desk.
