The nearest vaporetto stop is San Zaccaria, a 5-minute walk, giving easy access to Murano, Burano, and other islands. Venice Santa Lucia Train Station is 2 km away (about 15 minutes by waterbus), and Marco Polo Airport is 18 km from the property. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, shops, and osterias, all within a 5-minute walk. The immediate street is relatively quiet, but the main road outside can carry street noise into the bedroom.

The apartment features a private entrance and consists of one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, and a dining table. The living area includes a flat-screen TV (note: functionality has been inconsistent), air conditioning, and heating. The bedroom has a wardrobe, but the windows face the street and lack blackout curtains, and the front door is not soundproofed, so noise can be an issue for light sleepers. Some original fixtures show wear, and maintenance issues such as peeling wall coverings and damp spots have been noted; however, the apartment is generally clean and spacious, making it suitable for couples or small families.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. Check-in and check-out are private, with key collection potentially at a nearby location. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in and after check-out at a nearby facility. The property is on the ground floor with no steps, making it accessible for those with limited mobility.
