APPARTEMENTS BERGERE, Paris

The property is set in the sought-after 9th arrondissement, a neighbourhood that feels genuinely local with excellent restaurants, bakeries, and small supermarkets just steps away. Opéra Garnier and the Louvre are within walking distance, and Sacré-Coeur is 2 km. The Grands Boulevards metro station is nearby, providing direct connections across Paris and easy access from Gare du Nord. Despite the central location, many apartments overlook a quiet inner courtyard, so street noise is minimal. On-site private parking (€25/day, height limit 1.9m) is available but must be reserved in advance - it is a significant advantage in central Paris. Orly Airport is 18 km away; there is no shuttle service, but the metro and RER links are straightforward.

Appartements Bergère offers a range of studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments, all recently renovated to a high standard with a fresh, contemporary Parisian style. Each unit has a private bathroom (some with bathtubs), a separate living area with a flat-screen TV, and a fully fitted kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and washing machine/dryer - ideal for longer stays or families. The apartments are soundproofed and feature parquet flooring, a seating area, and a wardrobe. Units facing the inner courtyard are notably quiet, though those on higher floors (accessible by stairs only in some cases) are very bright. No air conditioning is provided, but all flats have fans and efficient heating. Lift access is available only in Deluxe, Premium, and Deluxe Studio categories, so guests with mobility needs should confirm lift availability before booking.

Appartements Bergère does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym on the premises. However, the excellent central location compensates: the Louvre Museum is 18 minutes on foot, the Opéra Garnier is 13 minutes away, and Sacré-Coeur is 2 km. Nearby attractions also include an ice-skating rink and boating options. The quiet courtyard setting is a pleasant space to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the large apartments with living areas provide comfortable downtime without needing dedicated leisure facilities.

The property offers free high-speed WiFi throughout. A reception desk is staffed from 09:00, providing concierge service, private check-in/check-out, and luggage storage - useful for early arrivals or late departures. On-site parking (€25/day, reservation needed, max height 1.9m) is available in a secure underground garage across the street. The apartments are fully equipped with washing machines and dryers, and the staff can handle laundry in the communal laundry room if needed. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Baby cots are available on request. Lift access applies only to certain unit types. No pets are allowed, and payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Maestro.
