POETICSTAY - LOUVRE - ABOUKIR, Paris

The apartments are available in configurations ranging from one to three bedrooms, accommodating up to 4-8 guests. Each unit includes a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, plus a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchenware. Living areas have a dining table, sofa bed, work desk, and a TV with streaming services. Soundproofed rooms and heating are standard. Many units face an inner courtyard, which tends to be quieter than street-facing ones. Some rooms are interior without windows, which can get warm; units with courtyard views are recommended. The decor is modern and clean. Some units may show signs of wear, so it is advisable to review the specific room details at booking.

The property has a coffee shop on-site, and wine/champagne can be ordered for an additional charge. There is no restaurant or breakfast service. However, the location is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries within a short walk, including Pizzeria Popolare, La Cevicheria, and BAAGAA Montorgueil. This makes it easy to find meals for all tastes, from pizza to ceviche and French pastries. For families or groups, the fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering, with supermarkets nearby for groceries.

For leisure activities, the surrounding neighbourhood provides an ice-skating rink and boating options. No on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym are available. The property's central location makes it easy to explore Paris's many attractions on foot or by metro.
