The hotel sits in a lively yet safe residential area with abundant shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants just steps away. Metro line 13 (station Guy Môquet) is 200 metres away, reaching the Saint-Lazare business district in 10 minutes. Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur are a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are 20 minutes by bus 54, and Charles de Gaulle Airport is about an hour via RER B and bus 54. For drivers, the Périphérique is 5 minutes away; a public car park with negotiated rates is a 5-minute walk. Several Vélib' bike stations are nearby.

Double/Twin rooms have a 140x190 cm double bed or two 80x190 cm single beds. Supérieure rooms are more spacious, feature parquet floors and thematic frescoes of Paris landmarks, and can accommodate an extra single bed (€30/night) for triple occupancy. A Supérieure PRM room with wheelchair-adapted access and bathroom is available. Rooms are soundproofed and centrally heated, but there is no air conditioning - a small fan is provided. Bathrooms with shower or bath are compact, and some units show wear (peeling wallpaper, minor stains). Rooms vary in size; some are described as small but sufficient for a city break. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided. Cots are available free for children under 2.

The breakfast offers a continental-style selection with fresh bread, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, and cereals - described as adequate though basic. Hot drinks, fruit juice, and water are included. The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or room service, but the surrounding neighbourhood is filled with cafés, bistros, bakeries, and international restaurants (Thai, Brazilian, Italian, Chinese) all within a 5-minute walk. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering.

The reception team provides tourist information, taxi booking, airport transfer arrangements, and can assist with special requests (kettle available on request, iron available at front desk). The elevator serves all floors but is noted as small; luggage may be challenging for large suitcases. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
