ARROW MOTEL BY OYO NEAR DOWNTOWN, Orlando

The motel is located 5 km from Holy Land Experience, 5 km from Florida Mall, and 10 km from Orlando International Airport, placing key landmarks within a short drive. Camping World Stadium, Church Street Station, and Universal Studios Florida are also nearby. The surrounding area is not well-lit at night. Parking on site is free and does not require a reservation, which is practical for those arriving by car. Street parking is also available. Given the distance to major attractions, a car is strongly recommended for getting around.

Each room includes air conditioning, a private bathroom with free toiletries, a work desk, a microwave, a wardrobe, and a TV with cable channels. Room configurations are double rooms with one bed and twin rooms with two beds. The property is an older one-level motel with a camp-like feel; rooms lack modern updates and comfort features. Cleanliness and maintenance have been reported as inconsistent-some rooms have dirty linens, broken fixtures, and pest issues. Windows may not seal well, and door gaps have been reported. For a better experience, request a freshly cleaned room and inspect it before settling in. This accommodation is best suited for travellers who need a basic, no-frills place to sleep and have flexible expectations.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or café. No breakfast service or meal options are provided on site. Guests should plan to eat at nearby restaurants or bring their own food. The room includes a microwave, which can be useful for preparing simple meals or reheating takeaway. Several dining options are within driving distance, given the central location relative to Orlando's main attractions.
