MITEC conference venue is within walking distance, and Grab car services are readily available. The surrounding area is quiet but can feel dark when walking alone at night. Putra World Trade Centre is 5 km away, Petronas Twin Towers 7 km, and Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre 8 km.

Units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, all featuring a private entrance, soundproof walls, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and executive lounge access. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and basic cookware (pots only - no rice cooker or blender provided). Bathrooms have a bidet, hairdryer, and standing shower; no bathtubs are available. Some units offer garden views, but room size varies and can feel small with large furniture. The building is modern but some units show signs of ageing such as stained carpets and worn surfaces.

There are three pools: an infinity pool on level R, a kids' pool, and a jacuzzi pod on level 30 (open until 10 pm; accessible to ages 12 and above). The wellness area also includes a sauna, spa & wellness centre, yoga classes, and a massage chair. Pool towels and sun loungers are provided. The jacuzzi pod offers panoramic city views but has limited space. The fitness centre is free to use. Some facilities like the water slide and foot bath are available but the pool area has been reported with missing tiles and occasional maintenance issues.
