This loft is arranged on one level, resembling a small house. The bedroom ceiling is low in some spots, so taller guests should take care. The apartment is spacious for two people compared to many Paris rooms, with parquet floors, a seating area, dining table, and ironing facilities. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, ideal for simple meals. The building has two security fobs, and the courtyard-facing position ensures a quiet night's sleep. Storage is adequate, and the decor is cosy and well-maintained. A cot can be provided on request.
