HOLIDAYSINPARIS - BOURG TIBOURG, Paris

This self-catering property sits in a lively courtyard within Le Marais, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, patisseries, and shops. Hôtel de Ville Metro Station (line 1) is 350 metres away, giving direct access to the Louvre Museum. Notre Dame Cathedral, Place des Vosges, and Victor Hugo's House are all within an easy walk. The area feels very safe and is full of activity at all hours, while most attractions are reachable on foot or via the nearby metro. Charles de Gaulle Airport is 40 km from the property. A private paid parking garage is located directly opposite at Place Baudoyer.

Units range from studios to 1-bedroom and duplex apartments, all with air conditioning, heating, and parquet flooring. Studios on the 2nd and 4th floors have windows and good views; those on the 4th overlook a restaurant-filled courtyard. The 1-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift access) and features a separate bedroom with a door for privacy. It has a real bed and a sofa bed. Bathrooms have a bath or shower, hairdryer, and good water pressure. Kitchens come with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, stovetop, and cookware, allowing full self-catering. Washing machines and ironing facilities are included. The lift serves the 2nd and 4th floors but not the 1st. Upper-floor rooms (especially 4th floor) are quiet even with windows closed, despite the lively square below. Rooms are well-insulated and have room-darkening curtains. Units are recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and spacious by central Paris standards.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable in all rooms. A lift is available but does not stop on the first floor. Luggage storage can be arranged from 11:00 on arrival day for €20 per full day, allowing you to explore before check-in or after checkout. Washing machines and ironing facilities are provided in each apartment. Cots are available on request for families. Check-in is self-service using a lockbox with clear instructions sent the day before; the lockbox may take a moment on first use. Late arrivals (until 23:30) are accommodated with the same self-check-in process. Payment is accepted via American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. No doorman, security guard, or postal mail service is available. The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre.
