ASCANIO'S COZY APARTMENT - BY 101FLATS, Rome

The apartment sits in a top-rated Rome district (location score 8.7), just 2 km from St. Peter's Basilica and within easy walking distance of the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. Metro line A is a 10-minute walk away, and several bus stops are even closer. The street has active traffic, but all rooms face the inner courtyard, so noise is minimal. A free street parking area is available within about 150 m - generally easier to find on weekends. The property is also walkable to Trastevere, and many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and a gelateria are within 0.3-1 km.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare full meals. Nearby dining options within 0.3-1 km include Pasticceria Siciliana Svizzera for pastries and coffee, Vineria Tre Galli for wine, and several pizzerias and Italian restaurants - all easily reachable on foot from the apartment.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, gym, or common leisure areas. The private terrace with garden views is the primary space for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. For those seeking more recreation, the Vatican area, Trastevere, and central Rome attractions are all accessible within a 10-20 minute walk.
