Oxford Circus Tube station is about 8 minutes away on foot, and multiple other stations (Bond Street, Great Portland Street) are within 10 minutes. The area is packed with pubs, cafes, and restaurants within a few blocks, and numerous bus routes stop just around the corner. For car users, no on-site parking is available - the nearest NCP car parks are at London Regent's Park or Portland Place, a 5-6 minute walk.

Room types include Double, Twin, Triple, and Quad options. Double rooms have a standard double bed (150x190 cm); Triple rooms can be configured with a double plus sofa chair, or twin plus sofa chair - advance notice of preferred bed type is advised. Quad rooms have twin beds plus a bunk bed. Superior rooms add a Nespresso machine, luxurious toiletries, laptop-size safe, and additional satellite TV channels. All rooms include free tea/coffee, a hairdryer, safe, heating, and free Wi-Fi. No room has air conditioning, and windows open only 10 cm for safety; a fan is provided. Some rooms on lower floors may experience noise from the Underground line running beneath the building - higher-floor or rear-facing rooms are less affected. Ear plugs are supplied. Rooms are non-smoking and have carpeted floors. An elevator serves floors 1-5 but not the lower-ground breakfast room.

Breakfast is a grab-and-go bag served in the lower-ground breakfast room, including a croissant, yogurt, fruit juice, a banana, and easy-peeler oranges - plus hot drinks from a self-service machine. Vegan or gluten-free options can be arranged if requested in advance. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding Fitzrovia area offers dozens of cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a 3-minute walk, including Italian, fish-and-chip, and other cuisines.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is suitable for video calls.
