BRIGHT MODERN FLAT CLOSE TO QUEENSWAY, London

The hotel is located in Westminster City, close to both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, providing direct connections across London including a straightforward route from Heathrow using the Piccadilly line to Earls Court then the District line to Bayswater. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are a two-minute walk away, and Kensington Palace, Paddington station, Marble Arch, and Knightsbridge are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with a wide choice of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs on Queensway and Edgware Road just around the corner. Bus stops are also within a three-minute walk, making it easy to reach all main attractions without a car.

The hotel offers a range of rooms including Twin, Deluxe, and Family rooms. Some rooms have been recently updated with modern furnishings, clean bathrooms with powerful showers, and comfortable beds. However, room sizes vary, and smaller or basement rooms are particularly cramped with limited natural light - some have no window at all or a view of a service courtyard. Rooms on higher floors tend to be brighter and quieter. Amenities include air conditioning (some units work via remote, others may need fan assistance), electric kettle, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, iron on request, and a bathroom with shower (no bathtubs). Sound insulation is minimal, so noise from adjoining rooms and corridors can be a factor. Housekeeping provides daily towel changes and bed-making.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends, served as a hot plated breakfast - not a self-serve buffet. The spread typically includes full English options such as eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit, plus tea, coffee, and juices. The cost is approximately £11 per person per night, though some rates include it automatically. For lighter options, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés and restaurants within a five-minute walk, including international cuisine from Greek to Indian.
