The apartments are on a calm, tree-lined street in Rome's embassy district, offering a peaceful retreat while being steps from major sights. Piazza Barberini is an 8-minute walk, the Spanish Steps about 10 minutes, and Villa Borghese less than 1 km away. Rome Termini Train Station is 1 km (approx. 15 minutes on foot), and the nearest metro station (Barberini) is about 8 minutes away, connecting directly to Termini. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk. For local exploration, scooter rentals are available right outside the front door. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away.

The property offers two types of self-contained apartments. The One-Bedroom Apartment (approx. 2-4 people) features a king-size bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bathrooms - ideal for families or groups. The Studio (2 people) has a double bed, a kitchenette, and one bathroom. Both types include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee maker, and a safety deposit box. The One-Bedroom unit also has a washing machine. Units are on the ground floor with no steps, making luggage handling easy. Some apartments overlook a quiet inner courtyard.

The kitchenettes come with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and ironing facilities - suitable for preparing simple meals and breakfast. A supermarket and several restaurants, including Blue Bar and Mordi & Fuggi Gastronomia, are within a 3-minute walk. There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service on the property.

The property itself does not offer a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For leisure, Villa Borghese park (less than 1 km away) provides large gardens, walking paths, and an ice-skating rink within walking distance. The quiet street and central location also make it a good base for strolling to Rome's main sights.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is not available. Check-in is handled via a self check-in system using a door code after 18:00, and a multilingual receptionist (English, Italian, Russian) is available during daytime hours. There is no luggage storage on site; the nearest is at Termini Station.
