PREMIER INN BERLIN CITY SUED, Berlin

The hotel sits in the Neukölln district, 15 minutes by car from Berlin Brandenburg Airport and roughly 35 minutes from central attractions like the East Side Gallery and Brandenburg Gate. The bus stop directly outside the hotel provides a direct route (Bus 171) to the airport, with connections to metro stations about 20 minutes away on foot. Public transport to the city centre takes about 45 minutes. Treptower Park and Gropius Passagen shopping centre are within walking distance. The immediate area includes an Aldi, Netto, McDonald's, a petrol station, and several casual restaurants, making it practical for self-catering or quick meals. On-street parking is often available for free, while the hotel's underground garage offers paid parking with a tight entrance.

Room types include single, double, twin, twin/double, and quadruple configurations, all with private bathrooms (some with walk-in showers). Rooms feature an electric kettle, hairdryer, and heating. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows available, but some double beds may separate into two mattresses. Rooms facing the street can be noisy due to the 24-hour McDonald's and traffic, while higher-floor rooms are quieter. Some rooms have stained carpets and residual smoke odour; cleanliness and maintenance have varied. The quadruple rooms offer three beds and are larger, suitable for families. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. No rooms have balconies or air conditioning, and window ventilation is the primary cooling option.

No wellness or leisure facilities are available on-site. The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The bar provides a space for evening relaxation. Nearby parks such as Treptower Park are within walking distance for outdoor activities.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas and generally works well. The 24-hour front desk provides luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. Ironing facilities can be borrowed from reception; no irons or microwaves are provided in rooms. Electric kettles are available on request. Cots are available for families. The underground parking garage costs €12-€16 per day with a very narrow entrance; free on-street parking is often possible. No airport shuttle service is offered. The property has a lift to upper floors, though occasional elevator outages have been reported. A bike storage area is available indoors.
