By tram, you can reach Alexanderplatz in around 20 minutes. For those driving, free on-site parking is available subject to availability, and there are also free street parking options nearby. The Uber Arena is easily reachable via the direct tram M13. The hotel is approximately 16 minutes from Brandenburger Tor by public transport.

Accommodation includes single, twin, and triple rooms, all with carpeted floors and large windows that can be opened. Each room has a work desk, two chairs, and a closet. While rooms are clean and well-maintained, the décor and carpets are dated. Noise from the street and corridor can be heard, particularly in street-facing rooms, and interior rooms may be quieter. There is no air conditioning; only heating is available. Rooms do not have a mini-fridge, microwave, or kettle (kettle available from reception with a deposit). Hairdryers are provided.
