Shipotel-Berlin Gmbh, Shipotel Eastern & Shipotel Western has 43 cabins. Shipotel Eastern offers first and second class cabins with a WC/Shower. Shipotel Western has triple, double, and single cabins with shared showers and toilets on the upper floor. Shipotel Western cabins include a double bed (1.40 m wide) and large windows. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cabins feature large windows, such as Portholes. Some cabins have views of the East Side Gallery towards Friedrichshain, or Kreuzberg across the Spree River. Shipotel Western single cabins have large windows. Shipotel Western three-bed cabins feature a large lockbox. Some Shipotel Eastern cabins include a large bed, WC/Shower, and bunk beds. First class cabins feature a double bed, and second class cabins feature WC/Shower and portholes. Shipotel Western also offers single cabins with a double bed and bunk beds. Each cabin provides heating.

The Floating Lounge, located on the top deck of Shipotel Eastern, is available to all guests. The lounge serves coffees, cocktails, beers, soft drinks, and snacks. A satisfying meal can be enjoyed at Floating Bar serving guests of Eastern Comfort Hotel & Hostelboat. Guests of Shipotel Western can find all services at the Shipotel Eastern. Note: Breakfast is not offered, but coffee and tea are available until 13:00. Bakeries and cafes are in the area.

Guests can rent bicycles and access a rooftop terrace. The hotel provides a fire pump and two hydraulic bulkhead doors in the hallway of the basement. A solar thermal system heats water on board. There are smoking areas on the decks of the boats. Free Wifi is provided.

Shipotel-Berlin Gmbh, Shipotel Eastern & Shipotel Western is moored between Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain, next to the Oberbaumbrücke. The East Side Gallery, a remaining section of the Berlin Wall, is twenty meters away. The Berlin Wall Memorial is nearby on Bernauer Strasse. From Kaiserdamm subway station (line U2), take the subway towards Pankow to 'Wittenbergplatz'. Fernbahnhof 'Ostbahnhof' is a 10-minute walk away. U- and S-Bahnhof 'Warschauer Strasse' are a 3-minute walk away. U-Bahnhof 'Schlesisches Tor' is a 7-minute walk away. A bus stop is in front of the door. The city center (Alexanderplatz) is 5 minutes away by S-Bahn. The airport ('Schönefeld') can be reached via S-Bahn to 'Warschauer Strasse' or via the 'Schönefeld Express Zug' to 'OSTBAHNHOF'.

Reception and other services are located on the Shipotel Eastern. The reserved rooms must be cleared by 11:00 on the departure day. The Shipotel Eastern features fresh water and wastewater tanks, and a water treatment plant.
