The hotel is on a central street in the Monti district, 300 metres from Palazzo delle Esposizioni and 650 metres from Quirinale Palace. Repubblica Metro (line A) is a 5-minute walk, Termini station is 10 minutes on foot, and bus stops are nearby. Most major attractions-Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum-are within a 15- to 20-minute walk. The street is lively and can be noisy; rooms overlooking the road may hear traffic and cobblestone sounds. Numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops line the surrounding streets.

Rooms range from compact singles to larger doubles and family rooms. All have simple classic décor, parquet floors, and soundproofing. Each room includes a private bathroom (toiletries and hairdryer provided, though not all rooms have toiletries). Bathrooms are functional but can be very small, especially in single rooms. Beds are real (not sofa beds) and comfortable; double beds can be arranged as two singles. Some rooms have windows onto an interior courtyard, others face the street. Rooms in the annex are across the street. A few rooms may have limited natural light or occasional musty odours. Housekeeping is daily. Note: hot water may be inconsistent during peak morning use.
