The hotel sits on Via del Corso, the central axis of Roman shopping, surrounded by boutiques including Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier on side streets. The Spanish Steps are 500 metres away and Piazza del Popolo 350 metres. Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Colosseum are all within a 10-30 minute walk. Spagna Metro Station (Line A) is a 5-minute walk, giving direct access to Roma Termini in three stops (€1). Buses serve the area well. The Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino Airport reaches Termini in 35 minutes; from there, a taxi to the hotel costs approximately €15-€20. A taxi from Fiumicino Airport directly to the hotel costs €48-€55, and a pre-booked airport shuttle is available for an additional fee. The area is well served by taxis at all hours of the night.

Five room types are available. Basic rooms have a French bed (1.5-person) and a small internal window, ideal for budget-conscious solo travellers or couples who plan to be out all day. Standard rooms are slightly larger with a double bed. Superior rooms are larger, some with views of Via del Corso. Family rooms accommodate up to 4 persons. Suites include a separate living room with a sitting area. All rooms feature parquet flooring, double curtains, and a hairdryer. An electric kettle can be provided on request. Some rooms in the annex building are windowless or have a small internal window, and the annex is a separate building 100-200 metres from the main reception. Rooms in the main building are generally better maintained. Street-facing rooms on Via del Corso can be noisy at night; rooms facing the interior courtyard or on higher floors are quieter.

The breakfast buffet runs from 8:00 to 10:00 on the LEÓN terrace, offering bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, and hot options such as scrambled eggs and pancakes made to order. The terrace provides a pleasant open-air setting when weather permits. The rooftop also operates as a bar in the evening, serving cocktails and tapas in a relaxed atmosphere. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, but Via del Corso and its side streets have dozens of cafes, trattorias, and pizzerias within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast staff are frequently described as welcoming, and gluten-free bread can be provided on request. No in-room coffee or milk is provided, only tea bags and sugar.
