BEACHSIDE ALL SUITES HOTEL, Miami Beach

All rooms are studio-style (no separate bedroom) but offer generous space. Bedding varies: one queen or two queen beds, allocated upon arrival based on availability. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and a dining table for two, plus a flat-screen TV, safe, wardrobe, and tea/coffee maker. Some bathrooms feature a walk-in shower. Note that no balconies are available. While many rooms are clean and comfortable, some units may show signs of wear (e.g., floor condition, older fixtures). The accommodations suit travelers who prioritize location and self-catering facilities over modern decor.

While Beachside All Suites does not have its own swimming pool, guests can use the pool at the nearby Seaside All Suites hotel (a couple of blocks away). The property features a garden and sun terrace for relaxing. Complimentary cocktail hour specials are offered at sister properties, providing a social option. There is no spa or fitness center. The beach is the main leisure attraction, just a few minutes' walk. This makes the hotel suitable for beachgoers who don't require extensive on-site recreation.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas, though speed may vary. Parking is limited to street parking: free on Harding Avenue and west, metered near Collins Avenue ($1/hr 8am-6pm); check for signs and avoid yellow lines. The property is wheelchair accessible with features like lower sinks, raised toilets, and grab rails. Pets are allowed free of charge (under 11 kg) but require a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days; daily service is not available. A $100 refundable incidentals deposit is collected at check-in. Accepted payment methods include Amex, Visa, Diners, Discover, MasterCard. Check-in is at 16:00, check-out at 11:00. The hotel has CCTV, security alarms, and key card access for safety.
