The guesthouse sits in the heart of Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most historic and lively districts. Asakusa Station (Ginza Line and Asakusa Line) is a 3-minute walk away, providing direct trains to Narita and Haneda airports via the Keisei and Toei lines. Nitenmon Gate is 300 metres from the property, and Asakusa Fujiasama Shrine is a 4-minute stroll. The area is packed with eateries, street food stalls, and convenience stores, and Sumida Park is a short walk. Haneda Airport is 24 km away; Narita Airport is 64 km. The walk to the station involves passing through the Sensoji temple grounds, which is scenic but adds a few minutes when carrying luggage. Local landmarks such as the Tokyo Skytree are also within easy reach.

All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, and use of a washing machine. Private rooms have tatami flooring and include a dining area. Dormitory beds come with privacy curtains, individual lockers, and shelving. Shared bathrooms are equipped with showers and hairdryers. The property provides basic bedding, but towels are not included (rental fee applies). Some rooms have limited natural light and the air conditioning may struggle on very hot days; a note in the dormitory requests that the main light be kept on at night, which can shine into bunks. Room sizes vary - private rooms are generally compact but comfortable for two to three people. At checkout, guests are expected to remove used pillowcases, sheets, and duvet covers and bring them to the reception area. Laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers) are available for a small fee.

The top-floor communal kitchen is fully equipped with cooktops, pots, pans, utensils, and tableware. It also has a dining area with an excellent view of Sensoji Temple. Grocery deliveries can be arranged free of charge. The guesthouse's chef, Hide, prepares a Japanese-style dinner most evenings for a small fee, which is a popular option among travellers. There are also vending machines for drinks in the building, and a wide variety of restaurants, ramen shops, and convenience stores are within a few minutes' walk. Breakfast is not offered, but guests can self-cater using the kitchen.

The property regularly organises free entertainment such as film screenings in the common lounge, live music events, and live sports broadcasts. Temporary art galleries are also set up on site. Bike tours can be arranged for an additional fee, and bicycle parking is available but limited (advance notice required). The 8th-floor common area is open 24/7 and offers board games and puzzles for guests. The surrounding Asakusa area provides access to parks, temples, and river walks, though no on-site gym, pool, or spa facilities are present.
