The hostel is located on a calm street just 9 minutes from the nightlife of Khao San Road. Bangkok National Museum is 1 km away and Wat Saket is 2 km. A 7-Eleven is within 50 metres. A bus stop to Koh Tao is right next to the property. Public buses and taxis run 24/7, but night buses may require a longer wait. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km away and a minivan can be booked for 250 THB.

The hostel offers single, double, twin, triple private rooms and dorms. All rooms feature air conditioning (operational from 19:00 to 11:00), a private bathroom with shower, and tiled floors. Some rooms have a balcony. Many single and ground-floor private rooms have little to no natural light, with windows facing internal dark spaces. The bathrooms can be compact and the shower layout can wet the entire floor. Some mattresses are firm. In the dorms, lockers and a provided lock are available. The female dorm has 4 beds (bottom bunks only) with a private bathroom outside the room.

A continental breakfast (with vegan and gluten-free options) is served for a surcharge of 99 THB. The hostel has its own bar, coffee shop, and lounge area. The bar offers reasonably priced drinks. Free water refills are available. Numerous restaurants and street food are within a 3-minute walk.

The hostel organizes evening events: family dinner (Monday), game nights (Tuesday and Thursday), cooking class (Wednesday), live guitar or BBQ (Friday), beer pong (Saturday), and free Muay Thai (Sunday). Some activities, like the cooking class, may require a minimum number of participants. Badminton equipment, darts, and board games are available for free.

The hostel offers a 24-hour front desk, free luggage storage (until evening on check-out day), and free towels and a locker lock. Daily housekeeping is included. A shared kitchen and shared lounge/TV area are available. There is no lift. No parking is available, but motorcycle parking can be arranged with prior notice. Cash is accepted on site; ATMs and currency exchanges are within walking distance.
