The location is exceptionally central, placing you within a short stroll of the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery, and the bustling squares with their traditional trattorias. Santa Maria Novella Station is about 15 minutes on foot. A small supermarket is right downstairs. Despite the busy area, the rooms are quiet because they face the interior courtyard. Florence Airport (FLR) is 11 km away. For car-free exploration, everything is walkable. Parking at Villa Costanza (€7/day) connects via the T1 tram in 22 minutes.

Accommodation

All six rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed with inner courtyard views, ensuring a quiet night. Each has a private bathroom.
Classic rooms have a private bathroom located just outside the bedroom (about 2 metres away); Comfort and Superior rooms have an en-suite bathroom. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers, electric kettles, a mini-fridge, and free toiletries. Some rooms include kitchen utensils and a dining area. Beds are comfortable and can be arranged as twin or queen upon prior request. The bathroom in some rooms is compact but well-maintained. Every room is non-smoking. No rooms have a balcony.
