The city centre is a 10-minute bus ride or 25-30 minute walk. Sandymount Village, Grand Canal Dock, Bath Avenue, and Shelbourne Road are all within a 10-20 minute walk and offer a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and a Tesco supermarket. For those attending events, the Aviva Stadium is practically next door, and the O2 Arena and Lansdowne Road are also easily reached. Airport taxi costs approximately €35.

The apartments are generously sized, featuring one or two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The 2-bedroom configurations come with two bathrooms (one en-suite with a walk-in shower, the main with a shower over bath), while the 1-bedroom units have one private bathroom. All apartments are on the upper floors (lift accessible) and are quiet, with no appreciable street noise despite a minority of units overlooking a construction site. Bed configurations can be split into twin singles on request (subject to availability). Each apartment is carpeted or has parquet flooring, includes heating (air conditioning is not standard in Ireland), a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, a washing machine/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. Balconies or terraces are available in select units. The building has key card and key access, CCTV, and smoke alarms.

The kitchen comes with all essential cookware, utensils, crockery, glassware, a dishwasher, and a starter pack of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. No washing powder or food condiments are supplied. Breakfast is not served on-site. Parking is available on-site at a cost of €15 per day (€50 for 7+ nights) and must be pre-booked; parking spaces are above ground. The building has a lift and accessible parking. Pets are allowed on request with a €50 fee. A travel cot and high chair are available for free. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are in each apartment. Dry cleaning and ironing services are available for an additional charge. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in or after check-out.
